Since customized products are uniquely made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if you receive:
- a damaged product
- incorrect item
- wrong personalization
- manufacturing defect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Our support team will review the request and assist with a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
